Our clients can choose to have a one off initial audit of scheme bills for scheme fees and interchange reconciliation to identify errors and/or optimise structures. They then have the option to subscribe to our secure online portal which tracks, analyses and reports scheme bills on a monthly basis.

We also use our modelling expertise to enhance our training offering. We are market leaders in the development of payment card business simulation models and have been developing business simulations as part of our training since 1999.

A business simulation enables individuals to be able to experience what it is like to launch and manage their own card product. They combine theory with practical group activities that encourage collaboration, teamwork and decision-making.

Insight offers two types of training solutions using simulations:

• Simulation Workshops - Highly interactive 1 or 2 day events that combine presentation with simulation based learning
• Business Simulations - Run as part of a dedicated one day training event, which can be delivered in-house at your organisation’s premises, or as an online event delivered remotely over a set period of weeks.
