We are market leaders in the development of payment card business simulation models and have been developing business simulations as part of our training since 1999.
A business simulation enables our learners to experience what it is like to launch and manage their own portfolio. They combine theory with practical group activities that encourage collaboration, teamwork and decision making.
We offer simulation-based learning as part of our classroom workshop or webinar programmes. They can be as short as 1-day or run over a number of weeks as a web-based competition.
A few key things that we have learned in our many years of running simulation programmes:

What is a business simulation?
A business simulation enables individuals to be able to experience what it is like to launch and manage their own card product. They combine theory with practical group activities that encourage collaboration, teamwork and decision making.
The user will compete against a business model or against other live users in a fictitious market place by submitting decisions, either online or during a workshop. The objective of each simulation might differ, as will the amount of information fed back to the user.
Our business simulation model will take the decisions and calculate the impact on profitability over a fixed period of time.
Our simulations can be compact and targeted (e.g. looking at chargeback efficiency) or more complex (e.g. card launch strategy), and the number of decisions required to participate can also vary from a handful of decisions to a few hundred individual decisions.
Highly interactive 1 or 2 day events that combine presentation with simulation based learning
Run as part of a dedicated one day training event, which can be delivered in-house at your organisation’s premises, or as an online event delivered remotely over a set period of weeks.
